About the Maker

I'm Stephanie--saved by God's grace, wife to Chuck, mom of 4, math teacher, and small business owner.

I grew up an only child in Jasper, AL and went to Auburn University after high school.  At Auburn, I studied mathematics education and met my future husband during my junior year. I taught 7th grade math for two years before moving to the Birmingham area with my accountant husband in 2005.  I continued as a full-time math teacher though the birth of 4 babies (3 boys, 1 girl), earning a master's degree, becoming Nationally Board Certified, and loving hundreds of students...until 2020.  I transitioned to part-time teaching to be more available for my family, to pursue new ministry opportunities, and to continue spreading joy through my small business.

I'm excited to see what the Lord has in store for my next 40 years!
